2006 Highland Drive in Greenbrier, Tennessee is the current residence and "studio" of Jack and Tammy. It was custom-built on the same lot as 103 Thomas Court, which is now inhabited by Junior and Brianna.

Layout

The studio

Jack envisioned his new property to be like a full TV studio, complete with a kitchen set for filming the Cooking with Jack Show, and a main set for interviewing all the celebrities Jack has met. At one point, Jack wanted to name the studio "Samsung Studios", but has since retracted that decision, most likely due to copyright issues. Ultimately, only a second kitchen for filming was built, with the podcasting set nowhere to be found.

The Scalseptic tank

On social media, Jack announced that instead of being connected to a municipal sewer, his new house will use a septic system. This means that the nightmare slurry of digested raw chicken, Arby's and various other forms of Scalfecal matter produced by the Scalfanis will now fester in a dark underground cistern, before it will be the job of some poor septic worker to come out and drain the Scalseptic tank and bring it to a water treatment facility or waste disposal site. To summarize: gross.
