103 Thomas Court in Greenbrier, Tennessee was the temporary residence of Jack and Tammy from June 2023 to July 2024, and is the current residence of Junior and Brianna. Jack and Tammy later moved to the newly-built 2006 Highland Drive right next to Thomas Court.

Timeline

2021

9 June - Jack makes a lengthy post on Facebook about "GOD'S PERFECT HOUSE FOR JACK & TAMMY". He wants a 7-10 acre area with two properties and a ranch house. Gas, good internet and a water source are a plus. It also cannot be located in Davidson County (Evidently too woke). This post was more or less forgotten afterwards.

2022

7 August - Jack lists a table for sale on Facebook, claiming they are "moving and don't need it anymore." He quickly edits the post to remove the moving part, but not before everyone, including Tammy's friend Janette, freaks out about it.
8 August - Jack backpedals on the table post hard, stating the moving simply referred to the table itself.
23 August - Jack says he wants to build a "studio kitchen" to produce other YouTubers' content in.
13 September - Jack asks about people's experiences with water wells, for totally no reason.
15 September - Jack admits he is looking to buy new property. He wants it custom-built and says it would be smaller than 157 Trail Ridge.
3 November - Jack complains about land sloping on Facebook. In a reply, he says he was looking at 5+ acre properties for purchase.
1 December - Jack bitches about a $5M house on sale having an electric stove. He wants a gas stove.
10 December - Jack reiterates that he is buying new property on an F as in Frank episode.

2023

1 March - Carolyn suddenly posts about 157 Trail Ridge being listed on sale for $585,000. When asked about it, she claimed Tammy (and by extension Jack) is "moving to 13+ acres." For the moment, it was only listed at MyHouseLens. It was likely listed due to a market boom at the time, and because Jack was farting away at a hospital bed which made the preparation easier.
2 March - The house is now listed at Redfin and Zillow. The listing description mentions the Cooking with Jack Show (Yikes!). An open house is planned for the next day.
3 March - The open house happens and nobody is all that interested. A user from Aunt Myrna's Parlour who lives nearby visits the site out of curiosity, but nopes out upon finding out it was empty.
8 March - A new open house is set up for the 12th.
12 March - Crickets. The listing no longer receives updates as the Scalfanis and realtor Misty appear to momentarily give up on the sale, having missed the market boom.
18 March - 103 Thomas Court, the future new home for the Scalfanis, is first listed by Need for Snead Renovations.
10 April - The house price drops to $579,500 as a new open house is set for the 16th.
16 April - Crickets.
26 April - The Scalfanis settle for 103 Thomas Court, a modestly-sized 1.6 acre home located in bumfuck-nowhere Greenbrier that comes with a neighboring empty lot. 103 Thomas Court is now listed as "under contract", but 157 Trail Ridge has still not been sold, so the Scalfanis rush by relisting their house for $564,000. The description is changed, with the mention of Cooking with Jack removed.
10 May - 157 Trail Ridge finds a buyer! Now listed as "under contract".
17 May - Jack celebrates being about to move on Facebook, being hush about the address. He says the existing house will be for the Juniors, while he and Tammy plan to build their own nearby.
18 May - Jack cries about "nasty and cutthroatish" realtors on Facebook. We have still no idea what he meant by this.
8 June - The sales of 103 Thomas Court ($474,900) and 157 Trail Ridge Drive ($555,000) are finalized. All the Scalfanis move into the new home.
10 June - Jack's general area is listed as Greenbrier on Twitter. Thomas Court is first suspected as the new address by detractor Hord Grylls.
11 June - Jack posts a photo of the house. Barely identifiable.
23 June - Jack confirms the address as Thomas Court by posting a video showing the kitchen.
16 July - Jack shares the prefab of what would become his and Tammy's new home, 2006 Highland Drive.^[1]
