2006 Highland Drive in Greenbrier, Tennessee is the current residence and "studio" of Jack and Tammy. It was custom-built by Dreamscapes4You on the same lot as 103 Thomas Court, which is now inhabited by Junior and Brianna.

The studio

Jack envisioned his new property to be like a full TV studio, complete with a kitchen set for filming the Cooking with Jack Show, and a main set for interviewing all the celebrities Jack has met. At one point, Jack wanted to name the studio "Samsung Studios", but has since retracted that decision due to copyright issues.[1] Ultimately, only a second kitchen for filming was built, with the podcasting set nowhere to be found.

The Scalseptic tank

On social media, Jack announced that instead of being connected to a municipal sewer, his new house will use a septic system. This means that the nightmare slurry of digested raw chicken, Arby's and various other forms of Scalfecal matter produced by the Scalfanis will now fester in a dark underground cistern, before it will be the job of some poor septic worker to come out and drain the Scalseptic tank and bring it to a water treatment facility or waste disposal site. To summarize: gross.

Timeline

2021

  • 9 June - Jack makes a lengthy post on Facebook about "GOD'S PERFECT HOUSE FOR JACK & TAMMY". Not much ultimately came to fruition here, such as wanting 8-10 acres, besides having two properties next to each other.

2022

  • 23 August - Jack first makes mention of wanting a "studio kitchen" to produce other YouTubers' content in.

2023

  • 17 May - Jack celebrates moving to 103 Thomas Court on Facebook, stating that the house will ultimately be for the Juniors, while he and Tammy plan to build their own nearby.
  • 16 July - Jack posts a picture of the prefab used for the upcoming house.[2] It is later identified as the "83928JW" plan by Architectural Designs, though the final house ultimately looked quite different.[3]
  • 8 August - Jack complains about people telling him he picked a wrong time to get the house built.[4]
  • 13 September - Land surveyors come in and do mesasurements at the empty lots, builders were contacted, and a "soil guy" gives a green light to installing a septic system.[5][6]
  • 4 October - Jack waits for "soil guy" to get the septic system set up.[7]
  • 10 October - Jack gets impatient with "soil guy"![8]
  • 15 October - Jack is furious about "soil guy" - "They better hurry cause I have to crap!"[9]
  • 19 October - "Soil guy" has finally arrived and is taking samples of the lot's ground.[10]
  • 21 October - "Soil guy" takes more samples while the Scalfanis are in California.[11]
  • 3 November - "Soil guy" finalizes his work. Jack could now talk with the builders and file for a loan.[12]
  • 8 November - "Soil guy" sends in surveys as Jack waits for the septic permit. Meanwhile, a "tree guy" is required for removing three trees and two bushes.[13]
  • 10 November - Jack, the manbaby he is, gets upset about the septic permit taking time.[14] Meanwhile, "tree guy" has been scheduled for the 20th.[15]
  • 20 November - "Tree guy" has to reschedule due to bad weather.[16]
  • 30 November - Jack finally receives the septic permit, and the house position has been marked off.[17]
  • 14 December - Impatient fat fuck Jack whines again about the septic system not being built yet.[18]

2024

  • 13 January - Jack gets approved for a three-bedroom, three-bathroom septic system.[19]
  • 31 January - The septic permit is finalized, and paperwork is sent out to "loan guy".[20]
  • 22 February - All preparations for building were complete, however construction had yet to start due to bad weather.[21] Miscellaneous work was underway.[22]
  • 2 March - Footing is laid down.[23]
  • 4 March - Footing inspection is complete and foundation work begins. Jack buys a set of three Bibles to place inside the foundation, walls and attic.[24]
  • 22 March - The floor and crawlspace of the house are complete.[25] Jack also shares a drawing of the studio kitchen.[26]
  • 28 March - Jack shares a photo of the house walls in progress.[27]
  • 30 March - Jack shares that the house will have a gas-powered fireplace.[28]
  • 2 April - Plumbing work was underway.[29]
  • 6 April - More roofing and plumbing work.[30]
  • 9 April - Roof and plumbing was now complete.[31]
  • 19 April - Jack sets out to write scriptures on the wood frames with friends before drywalling is applied.[32]
  • 20 April - Jack says he will move into the house by 4 July.[33]
  • 25 April - Dirt is brought to level the yard, "siding guy" was taking measurements, and the house passes an electrical inspection.[34]
  • 3 May - Doors, windows and insulation is installed.[35]
  • 18 May - Siding is going up and drywall has been applied.[36]
  • 24 May - The garage has been painted and the front porch was done.[37]
  • 4 June - Flooring was installed and stonework was going up.[38]
  • 7 June - Cesspool goes in![39]
  • 27 June - The Samsung gas kitchen set arrives.[40] Jack cries that the stove "is all busted up on delivery".[41]
  • 4 July - The day passes by and Jack's previous plan for moving in falls through.
  • 11 July - Jack receives a certificate of occupancy and says he's moving in tomorrow.[42]
  • 12 July - Jack and Tammy move in.
  • 9 September - The house address on databases updates to 2006 Highland Drive.[43]
