In 2023 Jack suffered a stroke; further reducing his already limited motor functions. In response Jack moved to 103 Thomas Court, a more wheelchair accessible living arrangement.
Main Property
The main property is the house that originally stood on 103 Thomas Court before the Scalfanis moved in, Jack currently lives there with his son Jack Jr and both their wives. Jack plans to build a second house on the property for him and his wife Tammy.
The Studio
Jack envisions his new property to be like a full TV studio, complete with kitchen set for filming the Cooking with Jack show and main set for interviewing all the celebrities Jack has met. In reality, the studio is just a second house with the 'sets' simply being the kitchen and living room with Jacks filming equipment strewn about. At one point, Jack wanted to name the studio "Samsung Studios: The Kitchen" but has since retracted that decision, most likely due to copyright issues.
The Scalseptic Tank
On social media Jack announced that instead of being connected to a municipal sewer, his new house will use a septic system. Meaning that the nightmare slurry of digested raw chicken, Arby's and various other forms of Scalfecal matter produced by the Scalfanis will now fester in a dark underground cistern before it will be the job of some poor septic worker to come out and drain the Scalseptic tank and bring it to a water treatment facility or waste disposal site. To summarize: gross.
