Constance Florence Scalfani, mostly known as Connie, was the mother of Charles, Jim and Jack Scalfani, and the grandmother of Garrett and Jack Scalfani II.
Connie was a popular member amongst the Scalfani family. She died back in 2011, however in recent years, Jack has repeatedly claimed she died around 2014 to excuse his downfall around that time.
Personal life
Connie was born in New York in 9 December 1939.
According to Ancestry.com, Connie lived out her final years in Benton, Arkansas, presumably living with Jim.[2]
Appearances
Connie appears in the very first Jack on the Go video, "Magic Bullet & Bruschetta Shopping", being wheeled around by Otis at a Ralph's supermarket as Jack finds her. She immediately puts her hand up as to block the camera, but Jack mocks her by claiming it's a high-five, to which she replies: "I'm gonna give you a high-five on your head! Get rid of that."
