Please note that filling this out this is way above the wiki's current scope, so some important events might be missing.

2006

July 2007

• 26 July - God cries as Jack creates the Cooking with Jack channel. He would not start uploading on it until next year.

2007

February 2007

• 09 February - Jack dumps a series of three instructional, uncomfortably framed cooking tips videos on the Cooking with Jack channel. He would not continue uploading until the following year.

2018

June 2018

• 27 June - Jack has his third stroke in midst of recording the "coffee sock" video, which would end up permanently frying his right arm.
• 30 June - Jack formally announces he had a stroke in a YouTube video.

July 2018

• 20 July - Jack publishes his first keto recipe.

August 2018

• 10 August - Jack publishes a redo of the Red Copper 5-Minute Chef review after a long legal battle with Telebrands.

2019

May 2019

• 9 May - Jack announces a membership subscription for the CWJ channel, which he would quickly end up abandoning.

June 2019

• 25 June - Jack shares his thoughts on streamer Etika's suicide for some reason. The video is not monetized.

September 2019

• 3 September - Jack publishes a video comparing several brands of barbeque sauce. Notably, his own brand is missing.

October 2019

• 29 October - Jack's Facebook page is hijacked by Bangladeshi hackers, who rename it "Cooking with Girl" and start spamming porn. Jack complains in a now-deleted YouTube video that Facebook is difficult to contact.
• 31 October - Jack releases another now-deleted video complaining about another "middle-eastern bozo" impersonating him on Facebook.

November 2019

• 4 November - Jack declares victory over the state of Bangladesh as he regains access to his Facebook page.

2020

November 2020

• 17 November - Jack publishes a tribute video to his Food WARS companion Lou, who had died earlier the year.

2021

January 2021

• 27 January - Cali drops "I Will" and "Vibe", mentioning his father in the latter.

February 2021

• 10 February - Cali drops "Zeus".

March 2021

• 11 March - Cali drops "714-615".

April 2021

• 23 April - Cali drops "Why I Do It", in which he defends his father's honor.

July 2021

• 10 July - Jack starts one disastrous livestream, in which he boys' clubs moderator BestBuds for saying Jack is making the chat uncomfortable. This would prove to be the last straw, as Jack would no longer do bi-weekly livestreams after this point.

August 2021

• 26 August - Cali drops "Cancel Me". This would be his last song ever.

November 2021

• 3 November - Jack pulls down his review on the Meat Stick after realizing that the device had a battery life of 24 hours as opposed to four. He apologizes in the reupload.

2022

January 2022

• 1 January - The year has hardly begun, and Jack releases a long Facebook post seething about TikTok.
• 4 January - Jack does a first livestream in months, this time exclusively on Facebook. Hardly anyone shows up besides Paul, and Jack compares vaccine mandates to rape.

February 2022

• 16 February - Local foodjack Rob Milanowski publishes a video of him meeting up with Jack at Jumbo & Delicious.
• 20 February - Jack receives his brand new $3500 M1 Macbook Pro (or, as he likes to call it, the MACKBOOK). He complains on Facebook about FedEx dropping it off without a signature.
• 23 February - Jack apparently has his Sam's Club and Walmart member cards hacked.

March 2022

• 1 March - Jack does another livestream on his personal Facebook page in which he babbled about politics and the Super Bowl.
• 6 March - Jack contemplates getting a dog in a Facebook post.
• 7 March - Jack teases on Facebook that he has, in fact, ordered a dog.
• 8 March - Jack confirms that he has ordered a dog; specifically, a full blooded Beagle from a breeder.
• 9 March - Jack posts an oddly paranoid video on Facebook, encouraging everyone to carry guns and stay away from strangers, blaming the Biden administration.
• 9 March - Jack picks up his new dog, Hope, who is not a full blooded Beagle at all. She is seven weeks old by this point.
• 22 March - Jack posts a screenshot on Facebook of his Truth Social account getting approved, complaining that it took "5 years".
• 22 March - Jack publishes the "What Is A Chaffle?" video. What is a goddamned chaffle, anyway?

April 2022

• 14 April - Jack publishes a TechTime video using the "Neti Pot", a device that helps remove snot from your nose. It is as disgusting as you may think.
• 25 April - Jack announces the Cooking with Jack "Julia in June" series in a now-removed video.

May 2022

• 7 May - Jack starts a particularly bad "Wet Brine vs Dry Brine Test" video series. Raw chicken galore.
• 11 May - The raw, brined chicken massacre continues.

June 2022

• 3 June - "Julia in June" kicks off with her meatloaf recipe.
• 6 June - Jack announces the CWJ "Eating on a Budget" series, which he quickly renames to "Stretching a Dollar".

July 2022

• 8 July - Jack publishes a CWJ video sharing his love for birria tacos for the first time.
• 14 July - Garrett announces that he is moving to Thailand in December in an Instagram post.
• 21 July - Jack makes first mention of the $3000 Harvest Right freeze dryer in a Facebook and Twitter post.

August 2022

• 2 August - "Comfort Food Month" begins at CWJ with a mac and cheese recipe.
• 19 August - Jack starts experimenting with YouTube shorts on the CWJ channel, starting with a smoker giveaway.
• 21 August - A shooting incident happens at the BackPackBoyz NFT launch event in Los Angeles, which Garrett attended. One person was killed and another injured.

September 2022

• 2 September - Jack unveils the $3000 freeze dryer in a CWJ video and starts a rather boring series about it.
• 24 September - According to metadata, Jack silently rebrands the F as in Frank channel on this day and adds it to his Linktree. Many of the previous videos on the channel got deleted here, including the entire 2017 run.

October 2022

• 20 October - Jack announces that Brianna has a non-malignant brain tumour and needs surgery. Despite an official GoFundMe page being made for the surgery funds, Jack instead opts to link his personal Venmo and Cashapp page, facing criticism.
• 23 October - Uncle Roger releases a video reacting to several of Jack's classics, sending a new flurry of trolling Jack's way.
• 24 October - Brianna's mother Lorien defends Jack against the Venmo/Cashapp criticism on the GoFundMe page.

November 2022

• 1 November - Brianna (allegedly) has her brain surgery done.
• 4 November - Jack calls Tammy "Tim" in a Facebook post. Hilarity ensues.
• 5 November - Jack changes his Twitter profile picture to the platform's blue checkmark, in a protest to a policy proposed by Twitter CEO Elon Musk in which users could receive the checkmark by buying the Twitter Blue subscription.
• 10 November - Jack officially announces the F as in Frank revival, stating he has partnered with Turnstile Audio to send him several microphones to use for the series, all in exchange for a review.
• 11 November - Jack finally reviews the McRib and doesn't like it. He released the review video on both CWJ and JoTG, and had to reupload it eventually as the original version had color correction issues rendering it almost unwatchable.
• 14 November - Garrett says on his Instagram story that he's been diagnosed with emphysema and is recommended to stop smoking weed. In true Scalfani fashion, he doesn't.
• 17 November - A new health scare seemingly strikes Jack, as he leaves a cryptic post on Facebook asking for prayers. Carolyn posts that "a family member" is "being test[ed] to rule out a stroke". Jack also retweets a food newsletter post about the Popeye's blackened chicken sandwich during this.
• 18 November - Jack triumphantly returns on Facebook saying that every part of his body tested "good" and blames feeling ill on stress.

December 2022

• 3 December - The first episode of the 2022 edition of F as in Frank, "FOOD: The Choices We Make", is published.
• 7 December - The Scalfanis make their yearly trip to Universal Orlando.
• 9 December - Junior posts two extremely embarrassing videos on his Instagram story, showing him and Tammy riding on mobility scooters in Orlando.
• 11 December - Jack changes his CWJ intro music once again in "Christmas Plum Pudding", a shameless reupload of another video with a "GOLDEN SERIES" branding plastered on it.
• 14 December - Garrett arrives in Thailand.
• 24 December - Jack remembers the EYE TO EYE channel exists and publishes another video on it after a five-month absence.
• 24 December - The Scalfanis and Flanders celebrate Christmas Eve at Long Hollow.
• 26 December - Jack finally releases the Turnstile Audio microphone reviews, but forgets to set his audio input in Zoom to the mics, rendering the entire test moot. He promises to redo the video the same day.
• 26 December - Junior and his friends announce a YouTube channel called Nerdy Athletes. The channel's first video is published the following day.
• 28 December - Junior says he wants to make a mukbang video for Nerdy Athletes, and asks for suggestions.
• 29 December - Jack complains on Facebook about getting his Twitter account locked after using the word "chink" in a non-racial context. He has the account restored upon complaining.

2023

January 2023

• 1 January - To start the year off, Jack cries about several topics on Facebook, including Pokémon GO and election fraud.
• 2 January - Carloyn posts on Facebook that Brianna was rushed to the ER after a seizure. Jack stays occupied with Pokémon GO for most of the day, but does comment about the situation in a now-deleted Facebook post, in which he says "The medical industry in America is now at 3rd world country levels."
• 2 January - Investigative foodjacks finally figure out Aunt Myrna's real identity.
• 5 January - Carolyn says on Facebook that Brianna has returned from the hospital.
• 11 January - Jack begins uploading JoTG videos from the 2022 Universal Orlando trip, in which Brianna is finally seen for the first time in months.
• 14 January - Jack complains about people leaving their Christmas lights up on Facebook. Robert Crews, a JoTG veteran from the California days, argues with Jack about the post, culminating in Jack deleting the comment thread. Robert was spared from the boys' club.
• 21 January - The Best Sauces disappear from the DoIt Best website, making them completely unavailable once and for all.
• 26 January - Garrett says Jack has suffered "a second heart attack and seizure" and was rushed to the hospital. Carolyn says Jack was placed in an ICU.
• 27 January - Deafening silence from Jack.
• 28 January - Jack, or someone pretending to be Jack, makes a post on Facebook, denying that he's been hospitalized and that he's just "enjoying some family time".

April 2023

• 4 April - Jack finally returns home.

2025

August 2025

• 9 August - Atreus Jaison Scalfani is born.

2026

March 2026

• 9 March - Jack complains over an alleged fraudulent FedEx bill
• 11 March - Jack releases a particularly funny Playing With Your Food episode on the McDonald's Big Arch.
• 25 March - Jack tries the one-year jarred lime eggs - unfortunately, they're fine. Garrett enters his shitbull Hashley into a competition.

April 2026

• 1 April - Troll Ken Blazek has been allowed back in the Cooking with Jack Facebook group after previously getting banned.
• 3 April - Jack makes ominous post on Facebook: "I'm gonna die. Not from old age, but from mankind."
