Terms of Service
By requesting an account or contributing to The Cooking with Jack Wiki (CWJki), you agree to the following terms. These terms work alongside the General Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.
1. About this wiki
The CWJki is a satirical commentary and parody resource documenting the public activities of YouTube personality Jack Scalfani and figures who appear in his media. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of Jack Scalfani or his family.
2. Account requests
Account creation is moderated. By submitting a request, you confirm that:
- You are at least 16 years of age.
- The email address you provide is one you control and check.
- You are not creating an account on behalf of another person, or operating a previously-banned account under a new identity.
- You understand that your contributions will be public, attributed to your username, and retained in the page history indefinitely.
The wiki's bureaucrats reserve the right to approve or reject account requests at their discretion, including without explanation.
3. Editing standards
Contributors agree to follow the Editing Guide. In summary:
- Sources required. Claims about real people must be supported by an identified, archived public source. If you cannot link an archived source, do not add the claim.
- Public material only. Use only material that the subject has personally placed in the public sphere — public videos, public social media posts, broadcast appearances, and similar. Do not add private communications, leaked materials, or personal information that the subject has not made public themselves.
- Satire, not stalking. The wiki documents and satirises a public figure's public behaviour. It is not a vehicle for harassment, threats, or coordination of contact with the subject or related individuals.
- No doxing of third parties. Critics, observers, and other members of the wider community covered here are entitled to whatever level of pseudonymity they have chosen to maintain. Do not unmask people who have not unmasked themselves.
4. Prohibited content
The following will be removed and may result in account revocation:
- Content advocating violence, harassment, or real-world harm against any person.
- Sexually explicit content involving real, identifiable people.
- Content involving minors in any sexualised context, regardless of source.
- Fine-grained personal contact information ( phone numbers, private email addresses ) of any non-public figure.
- Spam, vandalism, off-topic content, and content unrelated to the wiki's subject matter.
- Material that the contributor does not have the right to publish (copyrighted material outside fair use, etc.).
5. Pseudonymity
The wiki does not require contributors to use their real names and does not display real names anywhere in the user interface. You may participate under a pseudonym. We ask only that you use a single, consistent pseudonym and do not impersonate other contributors or the wiki's subjects.
6. Licensing of contributions
By contributing, you agree that your contributions may be retained, modified, and redistributed by the wiki and its contributors. You retain ownership of your original work but grant the CWJki an irrevocable licence to host, display, and modify your contributions as part of the wiki.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any material you upload. Do not upload images, video clips, or text you do not have the right to share.
7. Takedowns and corrections
If you are a subject of an article and believe specific content is inaccurate, unsourced, or violates these terms, you may contact the wiki administrators at givemewikiwiki@gmail.com. Good-faith requests will be reviewed. Sourced satirical commentary on public figures will generally not be removed, but factual errors and genuine policy violations will be corrected or taken down.
8. Account termination
The wiki's administrators may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, the editing guide, or for any other reason at their discretion. Banned users may not return under new identities.
9. No warranty
The wiki is provided "as is" with no guarantees of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. The wiki and its contributors assume no responsibility for how readers interpret or act upon its content. Reading this wiki implies acceptance of its satirical nature.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be noted on the wiki's main page or recent changes log. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
