Stroke 1: Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA/Mini-Stroke) [1999]
Jack suffered a TIA in Las Vegas[1]
Stroke 2: The Forgotten Stroke [2008]
On 10 October, 2008 Jack woke up at 4:30 am with no feeling in the right side of his entire body. Jack went to the ER where the doctors attempted to give Jack blood pressure medication which Jack refused to take. Jack left the hospital on the same day and then proceeded to spend the next ten months arguing with billing about a $100 charge for the ER visit[2]
Stroke 3: The 'Mild' Stroke [2011]
In mid-2011 Jacks arm became unresponsive while driving to Las Vegas. Jack blames energy drinks and stress for the stroke and not his obesity educing diet.[3]
Stroke 4: The Arm Taker [2018]
In June 2018 Jack suffered a stroke that paralyzed his right arm. He has been unable to move his arm since this event.[4]

Stroke 5: The Hiccup Stroke [2023]
In late January 2023 Jack suffered his fifth stroke. During his recovery, he uploaded a video of himself hiccuping in a hospital bed[5]
